Crockpot Oatmeal

1 cup steel cut oats
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried dates
4 cups water
1/2 cup half and half

Spray inside of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours. Stir well before serving. Makes 4 servings.
