Veggie Sandwich

6 whole wheat hoagie rolls
10 ounce bag prepackaged mixed salad greens
1 tomato, sliced
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
pickled yellow banana pepper rings
Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup veggie mayo
dried dill weed

Mix veggie mayo with a sprinkling of the dried dill weed. Slice the top off each hoagie roll and spread the dill mayo on the top and bottom of the roll. Arrange the mixed greens on the bottom of the roll. Add about 1 tablespoon of Italian dressing to the lettuce. Top lettuce with tomato and avocado slices and pepper rings. Top with upper portion of the hoagie roll. Serves 6.
