Roasted White and Sweet Potatoes
4 to 6 large baking potatoes, washed and cubed, unpeeled
4 to 6 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 bunch green onions sliced
3 to 4 cloves garlics minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning blend
Place all ingredients in 9 x 13 casserole. Drizzle olive oil over all and stir to coat well. Bake uncovered at 375F for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Serves 8.
