Avocado, Olive and Tomato Addiction

1 cup olives, green or black
2 to 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
chopped garlic, optional, to taste
1 small ripe tomato
1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
2 slices whole wheat bread or whole wheat roll

Put olives, garlic and olive oil into blender. Blend into a paste. Adjust garlic and oil to your liking. Toast bread if desired. Spread paste onto bread. Slice avocado and place on bread. Slice ripe tomato and place between avocado and spread. Close sandwich and serve. Serves 1.
