Phad Thua Ngok
Sauteed Bean Sprouts

1 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup tofu, sliced into small pieces
1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon white soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Wash and drain the bean sprouts and tofu. Heat the oil in a frying pan and saute the garlic over high heat until golden. Put the tofu in a pan and stir fry. Add white soya sauce, sugar and oyster sauce to taste. Add the bean sprouts and stir fry. Quickly remove from heat; otherwise, the bean sprouts will not look white and fresh. Serves 2.

Note : This dish is suitable for a low calorie diet. It contains only 156 calories.
