1 4 1/2 ounce can Underwood Chunky Chicken Spread
1 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 medium apple, finely chopped
2 tablespoons raisins
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
6 slices whole grain bread
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve on whole grain bread. Serves 3.
