Ugly Salsa
1 cup avocado, diced
1 cup fresh or canned corn, cooked
1 cup diced shrimp, cooked
1 teaspoon each; green, red, yellow peppers, chopped
1 teaspoon tomato, diced
1 teaspoon lime or lemon juice
1 teaspoon green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped
pepper and salt to taste
Mix it all together in one bowl, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Great with chicken, fish and Mexican dishes.
