Serrano Chile Salsa
6 red tomatoes, roasted in a pan
4 red serrano chiles, roasted in a pan
3 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Let ingredients cool, then liquidize everything to a semi fine consistency. Sounds simple but tastes wonderful.
