Salsa Picante
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Anaheim chili
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate overnight to let flavors combine. Makes 4 cups.
