Pequin Salsa
50 pequin peppers, chopped
4 tomatoes, skinned, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped fine
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
Put ingredients in a bowl and mix. Chill well before serving.
