Onion Salsa
2 cups red onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, chopped fine
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce, low sodium
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
