Mandarin Salsa

1 10.5 ounce can Mandarin oranges, drained and chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped fine
1/3 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Combine oranges, bell pepper and onion in a bowl. Toss lightly. Add salt, garlic powder and chili powder. Add oil and vinegar. Mix well and chill.
