1 1/2 cups oil
1/2 cup wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
fresh ground pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in a quart jar and shake well. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Use with mixed salad greens. Makes 2 cups.
