Herbed Raspberry Dressing
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoons coarsely chopped garlic
1 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 1/4 cups olive oil
Blend all ingredients except oil in processor. Gradually add oil to working processor. Can be refrigerated for use ahead. This is great on a green salad with fruits and nuts, mandarin oranges, walnuts, etc.
