1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon dry white wine
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
pinch of sugar
Mix all ingredients well. Store in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Chill.
