Balsamic Dressing
6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
Whisk first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Gradually add in oil. Season to taste. Once chilled, let stand at room temperature and whisk again thoroughly before serving.
