Mix:
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup mustard
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon dried or fresh parsley
1/2 cup white or red wine
Marinate 2 pounds sausage patties or links overnight. Grill for best flavor and marinate each time you turn them.
