Penne with Mozzarella
4 cups tomatoes, chopped
8 ounces smoked mozzarella cheese, diced
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 pound penne, cooked and drained
Combine tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper in large bowl. Toss with hot pasta.
