1/2 cup peanut oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup red wine
2 teaspoons catsup
2 teaspoons candied ginger
2 teaspoons garlic
1 teaspoon curry powder
Combine ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill for 4 to 6 hours. Use as a marinade for meat, poultry, or fish.
