Marinade alla Diavola
8 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons rosemary
3 ounces lemon juice
10 ounces extra virgin olive oil
1 ounce cold water
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper
In a blender, mince all ingredients until creamy. Pour marinade over the meat of your choice and chill immediately. Yields approximately 1 pint of marinade enough for about 2 pounds of meat.
