Raspberry Cranberry Jello
1 small package raspberry Jello
1 cup boiling water
1 small can of crushed pineapple, juice and all
1 cup whole cranberry sauce
Mix all together and let gel.
Topping:
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
milk to make spreading consistency
Mix together until it spreads easily. Cut Jello into squares, top each square with cream cheese topping. Salad may be served on top of lettuce.
