1 small can pineapple tidbits
1 small package lime Jello
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup whipped cream
Bring pineapple, water and sugar to a boil. Add Jello; set aside to cool until it starts to thicken. Fold whipped cream and cheese into Jello mixture. Refrigerate until set.
