Mocha Gelatin Cafe
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup water
1 3/4 cups double strength coffee
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon angostura aromatic bitters
thin lemon slices for garnish
Soften gelatin in water; place over low heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir gelatin into coffee; stir in sugar until sugar is dissolved. Stir in Angostura. Pour mixture into serving dishes; chill until firm. Serve mold garnished with thin slices of lemon or cube gelatin and serve in dessert dishes with thin lemon slices.
