Ginger Peach Dessert
1 3 ounce package orange Jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup ginger ale
1 cup sweetened diced fresh peaches or diced canned peaches, drained
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ginger ale; chill until thickened. Fold in peaches; spoon into individual dishes. Chill until firm. Unmold. Makes 2 3/4 cups or 5 servings.
