Oyster Paradise

1 pound medium sized oysters
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup white wine
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of parsley
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
3 eggs 1 cup of flour
2 cups of bread crumbs
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 cup of diced green onions

Drain the oysters, dust them in flour and dip them in the eggs. Then, roll them in the bread crumbs to form a patty. Melt butter in a 12 inch skillet and add olive oil. Heat well. When the oil is ready, add the oysters and brown slightly on both sides. Add the green onions, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley. Add the wine, boil briskly for a few seconds and squeeze a wedge of lemon over the oysters for serving.
