Farfalle con Broccoli E Salsiccia

1 package farfalle
1/4 cup roasted garlic in fused olive oil
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1 pound frozen or fresh, steamed broccoli florets
1/2 pound mild sausage, removed from casing
2 tablespoons butter
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cook pasta according to directions on the package. Continue with the recipe while the pasta cooks. In a large skillet, over medium heat, cook sausage breaking it apart with a fork as it cooks. Remove meat from heat and drain excess oil. In a separate skillet, heat infused oil and add broccoli. Saute broccoli for 2 to 3 minutes; season with salt and pepper. Add sausage and remove from heat. Combine pasta and mixture and add butter and cheese. Mix well. Serve immediately. Serves 4 to 6.
