Crostini Antipasti

1/2 loaf toasted, cut into 1/2 inch to 1 inch slices French bread
3 to 4 diced tomatoes
2 to 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

In a mixing bowl combine tomatoes, olive oil, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. Top crostini bread with tomato mixture and serve. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
