1 pound hamburger
1 1/2 cups water
1 can tomato paste
1 onion, chopped fine
3/4 tablespoon chili powder
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
Cook hamburger; drain. Mix hamburger with all ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes. Hamburger should be very fine. Spoon over hot dogs in buns and top with grated cheese.
