Turkey Scalloppine with Dijon Sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
salt and pepper to taste
1 pound turkey scalloppine
4 wedges lemon for garnish
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey and lemon wedges. Brush the sauce on the turkey scalloppine. Preheat grill. Place turkey, 4 to 6 inches from the heat source. Grill over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in the center. Serve immediately and garnish with lemon wedges. 4 servings.
