Thai Style Pork Chops
4 pork chops about 1 1/2 inch thick
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
4 cloves garlic crushed
1/2 cup ginger root grated
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander ground
1/2 teaspoon black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon red chilies crushed
3 tablespoons water
Place lemon peel, garlic, ginger root, spices and water in a blender. Blend until smooth, spread about 2 teaspoons of paste on each chop, covering both sides. Cover chops and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours. Grill chops over medium hot grill for 7 to 8 minutes per side. Serves 4.
