Sesame Sweet Chicken
3 pounds skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoons grated gingerroot
1 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon each ground cumin and paprika
Arrange chicken pieces in a shallow glass dish. Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chicken. Turn pieces to coat both sides with marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for one hour. You can marinate chicken overnight if you have time. Prepare grill. Remove chicken pieces from marinade and grill over medium hot coals for about 10 minutes per side. Be careful not to burn them. Brush frequently with extra marinade. Serve hot.
