4 thick lean pork chops
garlic powder
white pepper
kitchen bouquet
Dijonnaise, Dijon mustard sauce from Hellmann's
Coat chops all over with kitchen bouquet and sprinkle with garlic powder and white pepper to taste. Coat one side of chops with Dijonnaise and allow to marinate for 30 minutes while getting the grill up to temperature. Grill chops over medium heat until done about 10 minutes per side. Serve with additional Dijonnaise and a nice bottle of chard.
