Oriental Grilled London Broil Steak
2 pounds London Broil steaks, about 3/4 inch thick
Marinade:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Combine all marinade ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk together. Place the London Broil steaks and the marinade in resealable plastic bag; turn steaks to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade and place the steaks on the preheated grill grid. Grill, uncovered, 6 to 8 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Remove streaks from grill and carve steaks across the grain into thin slices to serve. 4 servings.
