Marinated Herbed Pork Chops
4 pork loin chops cut about 3/4 inch thick
1 cup Italian dressing
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon marjoram
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 tablespoon oregano
In a mixing bowl, whisk together until smooth the Italian dressing, chives, basil, marjoram, rosemary and oregano. Add the mixture to a resealable plastic bag. Add the pork chops, seal the bag after removing all excess air and place in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Remove the marinated pork chops from the bag, discard marinade and place the marinated pork chops on the grill grids and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once. 4 servings.
