Lemon Herb Club Sirloin Steaks
4 boneless club sirloin steaks cut about 1 inch thick
2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
2 large clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat grill to medium heat. In small mixing bowl, combine thoroughly the lemon zest, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley and pepper. Press the mixture above into both sides of steaks. Place the steaks on the heated grill grids and grill uncovered for about 16 minutes for medium rare to about 18 minutes for medium doneness, turning occasionally. Serves 4.
