Honey Garlic Chops
4 1 1/4 inch thick lean center cut boneless pork chops
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry
2 cloves garlic, minced
Combine lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, sherry and garlic for the marinade; pour over chops in a heavy plastic bag and seal. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. Remove chops from marinade and grill over medium hot coals or under medium hot broiler 12 to 15 minutes, turning once and basting occasionally with reserve marinade. Cook to an internal temperature of 150F. Do not overcook. Makes 4 servings.
