Garlic Thyme Porterhouse
2 Porterhouse steaks, cut approximately 1 inch thick
salt and pepper, to taste
Rub:
1 to 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
Combine rub ingredients in small bowl. Press evenly into both sides of steaks. Grill steaks over medium coals 14 to 16 minutes to medium, turning once. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Serves 4.
