Garlic and Rosemary Rubbed New York Sirloin Steak
2 pounds boneless, New York sirloin steak
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons rosemary
2 tablespoons olive oil
cracked black pepper
salt
Preheat grill to medium heat. Rub both sides of the New York sirloin steak with olive oil then season with the salt and pepper to taste.Next rub the garlic and rosemary into both sides of the steak and place the steaks in a glass dish. Cover and put in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Place the steaks on the preheated grill grid and cook uncovered 7 to 8 minutes per side. Turn with tongs to retain juiciness. Remove streaks from grill and carve steaks across the grain into thin slices to serve. 4 servings.
