Burgers on the Grill
3/4 pound ground sirloin
3/4 pound lean ground turkey
2 tablespoons low fat sour cream
1 teaspoon crushed dried oregano
2 scallions, white part and 1 inch green, chopped
6 sesame hamburger buns, split and toasted
In a large bowl, combine ground sirloin, ground turkey, sour cream, oregano and scallion. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Light the grill or preheat the broiler. Shape the beef mixture into 8 1 inch thick patties. Grill or broil 4 inches from the source of heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side. Serve on toasted buns.
