Buffalo Wings
1 dozen chicken wings or drumettes
1/4 cup bottled Italian salad dressing
3 to 4 tablespoons hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon each, garlic salt, onion powder, dried sweet basil
1/8 teaspoon each paprika, white and red pepper
dash of liquid smoke
Rinse wings and pat dry. In a large sealable plastic freezer bag, combine chicken wings with remaining ingredients and marinade in refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours. The longer the better. Turn wings occasionally. Grill wings on barbeque pit about 15 to 20 mintues.
