Tenderloin Chili
12 ounces cooked pork tenderloin, shredded
1 15 ounce can reduced sodium fat free beef broth
1 pound plum tomatoes, sliced
1 15 ounce can pinto beans, rinsed, drained
2 jalapeno chilies, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Heat all ingredients to boiling in large saucepan; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 minutes. Serves 4.
