Tartar Sauce
1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely diced peeled cucumber
1 tablespoon finely diced dill pickles
1 tablespoon minced green onion
1 teaspoon capers
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serves 6.
