Power Burger

1/2 pound lean 90% ground beef
2 tablespoons oat bran
1/4 cup oats
2 tablespoons fat free milk
1 teaspoon dehydrated minced onion
dash pepper
1/2 teaspoon canola or corn oil

Mix all ingredients together except oil and form into 2 patties. Heat oil in skillet and cook burgers until done. Serves 2.
