Banana Shakes

1 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup vanilla low fat frozen yogurt
1 ripe banana, peeled
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Blend the milk and frozen yogurt in a blender or food processor about 1 minute. Add the banana and vanilla; blend a few seconds longer. 2 servings.
