Mississippi Comfort Pie
1 cup sugar
1 stick soft butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup coconut
1 tablespoon dark rum
Beat sugar, butter and eggs until smooth. Blend in vinegar and rum. Stir in nuts, coconut and raisins. Place in chilled pie crust and bake 50 minutes at 325F.
