Blend together:
1 quart half and half
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Irish Creme Liqueur
3 eggs
enough milk to bring to half gallon
Freeze in ice cream freezer according to manufacturers directions. Serve with fresh strawberries and brownies. This freezes as a left over very well, the liqueur causes it to stay somewhat soft.
