Wild Rice Casserole
1 1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice
1/2 cup uncooked wild rice
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 tablespoon parsley, optional
4 cup water
1 bunch green onions, chopped
8 ounce fresh or canned mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into lightly greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 2 1/2 hours, stirring
occasionally.
