Warm Artichoke Dip
1 pound shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 green or red pepper, seeded and minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Put all ingredients into crockpot and stir to combine. Cook on high for 1 hour before serving. Unplug or switch to the lowest setting.Serve with crackers, bagels or chips.
