Turkey and Rice
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1 medium green pepper, chopped
3/4 cup uncooked converted rice
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder
1 cup warm water
14 ounce can tomatoes, with juice, broken up
Layer onion, mushrooms, green pepper, rice and turkey in crockpot. Stir in bouillon powder and warm water together in bowl. Add tomato. Stir. Pour over turkey. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Stir before serving.
