Three Ingredient Turkey
1 frozen turkey breast, unthawed
1 pound can cranberry sauce
1 envelope onion soup mix
Put all ingredients into a slow cooker for 2 hours on high. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking for 4 to 5 hours. If turkey breast does not fit into your slow cooker, thaw it first and cut in pieces. This changes the cooking time to high for 1 hour, then low for 3 to 4 hours or until tender. Remaining liquid can be used like a stock to cook vegetables, meats, etc. It can be refrigerated or frozen.
